The Release of the Fantasy Adventure "Saphirblau" in Cinemas – GENUIN Produced the Soundtrack

It's about journeys through time and secret lodges: on 14 August the fantasy movie "Saphirblau" (Sapphire Blue), for which the GENUIN recording group produced the soundtrack, will be released in German cinemas. The film music for "Saphirblau", the second part of the fantasy trilogy "Liebe geht durch alle Zeiten" (Love Goes On Through All Times), consists of several orchestral pieces of the Staatskapelle Weimar as well as five works by the composer Philipp Fabian Kölmel. On 15 August the soundtrack will be released on the "Sony Classical" label.

A "making-of" video from the soundtrack:

GENUIN already produced the music for the first part of the film series that celebrated its cinema premiere in March 2013. The series of books by the author Kerstin Gier, also called the "Edelstein-Trilogie" (Gemstone Trilogy) comprises the books "Rubinrot" (Ruby Red), "Saphirblau" (Sapphire Blue) and "Smaragdgrün" (Emerald Green). The first two parts were filmed under the direction of Katharina Schöde and Felix Fuchssteiner.

Here is where you can hear part of the soundtrack.
